Middlesex Magic All Stars at Hoop Mt...

The Middlesex Magic made a strong showing at Hoop Mountain Super Week I. Many Magic players caught the attention of scouts and other onlookers.
From the 16U team, Eric Olson (LSRHS) and from the 17U team, Dino Mallios (Winthrop) and Andrew Dowton (Milton Academy) made the camp All-Star team.
Dino, David Miller, and Patrick Ackerman all received write ups by the New England Recuiting Report.
"Dino Mallios, Winthrop - Somewhat unheralded coming in, Mallios proved he belonged amongst the elite backcourt guys at camp. He is a smart point guard who can really score. Mallios is not flashy, but he seems to always make the right play with the ball in his hands."
"David Miller, Lexington - Miller made shots from beyond the arc for the second day in a row, which gives him a nice compliment to his solid mid-range game."
"Patrick Ackerman may have had his best showing at camp thus far during Tuesday’s afternoon session. He finished plays and showed an impressive skill set for a 6’10 player."
